Home Health Medical

Home health care is a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. Home health care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care you get in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Home Health Non-Medical

Non-medical home care is a service that helps those in need by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) in order to continue living life from the comfort of his or her own home. Home care is a model that can include both professional and informal support networks such as family, neighbors, and friends. To remain independent, these individuals work together to meet your goals and expected outcomes.

Hospice Care at Home

Services that are designed to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs of the terminally ill. Hospice can be provided in a patients home or in a facility such as a dedicated hospice house, hospital or nursing facility. It is typically free to the patient and their family, paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.
